Veggie Arti is an artist and has done some wood carving and some vegetable and fruit carving. When I was little, I first started carving bars of soap and have always enjoyed carving as a pass-time. My Dad taught me how to carve whistles from willow branches in the spring! I have enjoyed diamond willow also.
Vegetables and fruit are easy things to carve compared to woods. Colorful, eatable enjoyment for grand displays and centerpieces. Veggies and fruit don’t need to be boring; they can be designed artfully for individual serving also.
